Downloading old HP Scanjet driver for Windows 98

I have Windows XP and a new HP Scanjet 3970. I gave my
old Hp Scanjet 3300C to my daughter who has Windows 98.
I couldn't find my installation disc, so downloaded the
Windows 98 driver for 3300C onto my computer and copied
it onto a CD for her.When I did, a screen came up
entitled
"HP Precision Scan LT Setup" This program updates
your HP Scanning Software. You may see a message
about 'digital Signature Not Found.' You must
click 'Yes" for the update to install correctly."
Since I did not want to install this driver, I closed the
screen. Now it keeps popping up and I can't get rid of
it. HELP!
