When I try to download Itunes, it says the download is complete, but when I
try to run the program, it gives me an error message that says "... is not a
valid Win32 application." Any idea on what that message means and what I can
do to fix it? Thank You.

Delete your current download of iTunes software, then
visit http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and download again,
making sure you select the Windows XP compatible version.
