Downloading in windows

Is there any way to get Windows to download more than a measley 5 files at
once? Also, is it possible to get Windows to use all the bandwidth I have
available for downloading? It seems to not download any faster than 80
KB/sec when I have a 1.5 Meg connection.
 
Hi,

You are going to be limited by the upload capability of your source,
regardless of your connection speed. To download multiple files use a
download manager like GetRight.

at 80KB you are pretty close to the max.
1.5 Mb per second = aproximately 128 KB per second (using a factor 12 bits
to a byte....ya I know its supposed to be 8)
