Downloading IE7, please tell problems if any !

I am downloading IE7 but before installing it I want to know is there
something I need to know, any problems, bugs, any bad thing about that
because I don't want any thing wrong.


It will be great if you tell your experience and problems using it or you
have heard and where is its newsgroup....

No problems when installing on all 5 of my machines. 8-)

Go to the Internet Explorer newsgroup and, after reading all the
problems, you might want to reconsider installing it.

Downloaded and installed it last night with no problems. There is one patch
for it, for Outlook Express. It's listed as an XP patch.

Download IE7 to a file, install it offline, go to Windows Update after
install, click Custom, read patch descriptions to find the proper one.

I personally neither like it or hate it. To me it's just a tool.

No problems with it on my three machines here--one running it natively, the
other two with the Maxthon shell.
 
I believe the most common IE-7 issue so far is a lack of toolbar
customizations and positioning.
 
I think when it comes to a browser, full cutomization is a thing that
should be there. Some people like to have more space, some like their
toolbars and buttons easily accesible. It is very bad that IE7 lacks in
this. I have not installed it yet [i am still thinking about it] but i read
posts about cutomization in IE newsgroup.

Windows Update sent this to me. I had been using the beta. All is ok, but
I do NOT like the arrow buttons on the top line at all! I use Firefox as
the main browser, but my multimedia keyboard is IE centric.
 
HO HUM...All that time and effort expended for what? A browser
that is different but not necessarily better than IE6. Oh well,
I have it now and it does work.

Not thrilled...

Addenda:

If you don't implement the phisssing (spelling) option in IE7,
it is okay...otherwise it is slow as it has to report too much
info to Microsoft. This feature might be okay if not on slow
dial-up.

My opinion...others may and probably will differ.
