Downloading FlashPlayer

I'm trying to download FlashPlayer. Every link I can find eventually takes
me to the site below.

When I get there I don't see anyway of downloading the flashplayer. Should
something launch itself? It doesn't, but then that would tie in with lots of
sites I currently can't view properly.
