Downloading an e-mailed outlook file.

Someone has sent me an e-mail with an attachment. The attachment is an
address file from their Outlook database. How do I download it into my
Outlook Data Base?

That would be a file that Outlook itself generated, not one that the user attached to a message. Are you using Outlook to read this particular message? The symptoms indicate that you're using some other mail program.
