My page has navigation buttons that were created by my web designer
using Photoshop and whatever else. He passed the page to my new
hosting company and you see the buttons on the server. However, when I
download the site, the buttons don't come.
He says it is a bug with ftp 2003 that they can't transfer style
sheets or background and that I should use Sharepoint. My hosting
company doesn't support Sharepoint.
Help.
Jim

If the remote server has the FP extensions, then you need to open the site directly in FP, and then
publish down to your machine, this will allow all of the content to be transferred. However if the
web designer uploaded the content via FTP, then before you publish, you need to run Tools |
Recalculate Hyperlinks first, then publish.
