Downloading a cover page

I need to download a cover page from the microsoft site, but don't have
internet service at home right now. Besides getting the internet, does
someone know where the "cover page gallery" is stored at so I can copy the
file to my computer at home?
 
If you can't get an internet connection somewhere, how would you expect to
download it?
