Downloaded Template Database

I downloaded a database from the microsoft website. Each and every time I go
to use it, a dialog box opens and asks if I want to open the database. How
do I stop the message from popping up and just open it when I select it?

What does this message say?

That's just the security warning. It means you have the latest version of
Access. Just do what the rest of us do, which is use an appropriate swear
word about useless security popups, and click on the [Open] button.
