Downloaded software corrupt

I have purchased SONIC mydvd and when trying to open the
download file I get the following report

'The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The
executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted.
Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its
integrity, and try again.'

I have downloaded it twice to no avail can any one help?

A few things you can try, turn off any antivirus and firewall and try again.
If that doesn't resolve it, you'll need to contact Sonic to see if they can
help you with this issue.

Barry, contact the download source and let them know about the trouble
you're having. They may need to refresh the file on their server.
