Download windows updates for network deployment

Does anyone know how i can download Windows updates, save
the and then deploy them to the rest of the network to
save having to download the updates simaltaniously all
the time.

If you have a W2k or W2k3 server, install Sus and then
configure your client machines to use it instead of Windows
Update as the source of their servicing.
Otherwise, you may download almost all updates using
the Catalog at Windows Update, or by using the site
microsoft.com/downloads to locate them.
The WU Catalog becomes available once you click
the link to show options.

Services (SUS), more here:
