Download themes from Microsoft

Though I have validated Office ver.7, when I try to download themes from MS
site I get the following message:
"You cannot automatically download this template because you do not have
Microsoft PowerPoint 2007, Word 2007, Excel 2007 installed on your computer."
Why?
Melrose
 
Note that Office 2007 is version 12.
