download service pack 1, now no sound on laptop, please help

downloaded service pack 1 install went ok. next time i start up my laptop i received a warning message 'Yamaha AC-XG WDM audio device will cause windows to become unstable. Windows has prevented these drivers from loading' my laptop has no sound what so ever know any suggestions, please help.....

Go to the laptop manufacturers website and download the latest Windows
XP drivers.
