Not builtin, no. Access is a desktop database program; it's not an
investment management program.

You could certainly use VBA code to connect to some web service, if
you had a legal subscription to the service - but it would take some
programming.

Well, the real question is does the Reuters site support web services?

You can most certainly consume web services built via .net, or whatever
tools the provider chooses. These web services can then be consumed by any
office program, be it outlook, or ms-access.
