Download of Files

I am in need of any help I can get. (I apologize if this
shows up twice-the file disappeared.) I work as an agent
for a financial services company, and I need my license
information sent to their program that is set up in my
computer. There are files that were put on the computer
from their CD they sent me. The licensing information
has been requested three or four times, but does not show
up in the computer file. I believe that Windows XP is
not allowing the information to be put in the file.
However, that is just a guess. When I call my company
for support, they walk me through settings, but nothing
works. Their pros are supposed to call me. I cannot
call them and it has been longer than I'd like to wait.
I need to get this going. Please help if you can.

Is this license information for a proprietary program your company uses?
