It might be here,
open all programs and look for a listing "HP system tools" or similar
wording,
this should expand to several listings, one of these should be "restore
programs installed on system", open this and if you are lucky record now
will be listed.At least is was for me when I had an HP computer.(never
again).
HP depending on the make and model stores these programs in a hidden
partition which you can access for reinstallation.

When you said that you deleted Record now did you mean that you uninstalled
it or perhaps you only deleted the shortcut icon or the listing in all
programs?
P.S.
Looking at the link that Carey gave you what I said should work if your
computer is over 2 years old, the HP link says for systems built in 2003 a
full system recovery is needed, if this applies to you don't worry I just
did this for a friend and it is the same as a repair install your data and
settings should remain intact provided you repair with the very first option
the process gives you, DO NOT go to the "advance" section this will reformat
your system and all data will be lost.
