download button not working

Please help???
I posted a few pages ago but got no responses..Please if anyone has any idea, please please please help..
I have been trying to install a game from CD. the auto run works, but then a download button comes up to save, cancel, more info. I press save and then absolutely nothing happens. Nothing!
I tried installing the game manually, but there are expansions to the game and each time I try to install an expansion, I get that same dang download button that screws things up for me.
My CD writer/burner seems to be working properly
I have no prob downloading from web,
It is only with the CD application that I am having a prob.
Please any ideas, please help

Do any other CD's have this "Installation" problem. Try installing something
else from another CD, before you blame/suspect the computer. Perhaps the CD
has corrupt files, or, it is not compatable. Good luck.
