Download and play mp3 files

Please advise me how I can download MP3 files from newsgroups so that I can play
them in MediaPlayer. I'm using WindowsXP Pro and Outlook Express as my newsgroup
reader.

You're probably better off asking this question in the mp3 discussion
groups
try asking in alt.binaries.sound.mp3.d
and I would also suggest a better news reader that handles yenc such
as agent
