I’m using FP2000. I want to create a hyperlink in my website to a Form (a
Word file) so that a website visitor can click on the link & download the
form, so they can then complete it electronically and email it to me. Can
anyone please advise me how to do this.

Trevor-
I am reading this to say that you have a Word document that
you want people to download and then fill it out and email
it back.

A couple of issues- not everyone has Word. Those that do
most likely have their browsers set to open up the Word doc
inside of a browser window. You would need to package that
into a zip file.
All you would need to do eitherway is to import the file
into your web and then create a link to it.

make the 'form' in word, save the word file, import it into your web, link to the
file (inset hyperlink), save the html page, the publish both files.

Is there some reason you cannot just have them fill out a form on your
website, the results of which is then either emailed to you or stored in
a database? Do you really have to mess around with Word at all to
accomplish what you are after?

Thanks to you all for your help. I've now accomplished what I wanted to do
using Mike's suggestion.
I won't be calling you, Tom as it's not toll free from the UK
