Because the Internet download speed problems, Online learning have
some problems, Can some one tell me how to download those Tutorials
for offline learning?

You may probably want to contact Microsoft directly to resolve this issue.
I don't think XPe tutorials are part of MSDN so only XPe Product Team may be able to send you the copies of the tutorial streams.
