down load error

hi all,
having this realtek driver down load error pestering me all this week end.
Windows update shows an update to be installed, but when installing comes out
with this error code 80070103. Interferes with internet access. Everytime
have to go to the device manager to enable the device. I have a ASUS P5W DH
Deluxe board with on board wireless
 
I got the same error the only cure i have found is to hide the update in
windows update and try to keep the old driver. I have the Asus P5N32 - SLi
Premium and can't seem to find good drivers for anything. i think it's a case
of make do to ASUS releases something.
