doubt in CF .NET

Hello,

Is there any simple and smallest method to encrypt the WMV File and store it
in Webserver

From Pocket PC the encrypted file should be downloaded and Decrypted by
program in the pocket pc and played instantly in WMP


this is just to restrict the user to reuse the media file without the
application.


Any ideas will be a great help
