Doubleclick changed

When I use the doubleclick on the mouse, I get a " DOS command" (open Command
Window here) instead of the normal default "explore" command.
when I rightclick a file, the top item on the list is also "open Command
Window here", while the "explore" is way down the list.
does anybody know how to make the default setting active again.
I tried to reinstall the mouse software and look in the registry but to no
avail

Click Start > Run > Copy/Paste following > Click OK
reg add "HKCR\Directory\shell" /ve /d "none" /f
