Using Outlook 2003 and I am getting mail duplicated across two of my
accounts. They are only being sent once!

Is it my ISP of a fault with Outlook please? I am using it on my home system
and not connected to any work servers etc.

Are these two accounts aliases of one another or completely distinct mail
boxes on your ISP's server? Do you have both accounts in the same
send/receive group?

Thanks for the swift reply.

The accounts are unique, having their own settings/password etc. I get the
duplicate if I select one account Send/Receive and then the other, or if I
just select 'Send & Receive All'.

Strangely, I have other accounts in the same POP server but they do not
exhibit the same problems.

How are yor send/receive groups defined? What do they contain?

Hi

I simply have 6 email addresses with my ISP (ntlworld). I ask Outlook to
Send/Receive all. It's very strange in that it only appears to manifest
itself when I start up for the day. Mail arriving after the initial fetch is
never duplicated.
