Double icon on taskbar side by side

I'm using Toshiba P3500 with TPC edition built-in. Today when I boot my
notebook, Language Icon ("EN") disappears. Every program appears/splits
twice on the taskbar side by side. I've searched through the threads but no
luck. Any help?
