I am helping a friend. She has XP. She has a folder with
work related documents on her desktop. When she double
clicks the folder it goes into a search mode, but if you
right click the folder and select open everything is
fine. It is like she is selecting the search. It did not
used to do this. How do I change this or do I have to do
a soft reinstall of XP? If I have to do a soft reinstall
how do I do that? Thank you in advance.
