Double-Clicking on URL shortcut pulls up print dialog

When I double-click a URL shortcut on my desktop, instead of opening
the web page, it pulls up the print dialog...Any ideas?

Double-clicking Internet Shortcuts launches the Print dialog rather than
opening the webpage:
