double-bamked XP

Due to a freeze when originally installing Windows XP I now find have two
Windows XP operating systems on my PC - Windows and Windows 2. I want to get
rid of Windows 2 - how can I do this? - they are not listed among Add/Remove
Software but two folders appear on the C Disc under those names Is it ok to
just delete the Windows 2 Folder? What about the registry?
