Dotted Border Outline appears

Hi,

I have a user that was upgraded from Office suite 2003 to Office suite 2007.
Every time he wants to create a new email message, the new email file open
with a dotted border outline.

I tried deleting his normal.dot and .dotm - Did not work
Deleted his signature doc - Did not work
Changed message editor to rich text and HTML - Did not work

Please help!
 
Does he have Stationery applied?
Note that for Outlook 2007 template settings are stored in normalemail.dotx.
 
I have deleted all the .dotm and .dot files from the template folder which
included the normalemail.dotx files.
Also under the -Stationery and Fonts Option – selecting the Personal
Stationery tab – he does not have any Theme selected.
 
can you upload a screenshot so we can see exactly what you mean by dotted
lines? if you don't have a site to upload to, xsolive.com has a sharepoint
library for outlook screenshots.

It has been loaded to xsolive. the file is called dotted
