I run Mircosoft Outlook 2003. All of the sudden I am seeing dots between
words and the paragraph symbol as I type. How do I turn this off and what
did I do to turn it on in the first place?
Thank you!!!

.
In Word, you simply click on the Show/Hide icon on the
toolbar. In Outlook, open a message and choose Options from
the Tools dropdown menu. Then click the View tab. Under
Formatting marks, select or clear the check boxes.

i dont know where my hide button is located!!

i got to get these off !! they are really annoying me.

please help!!

Either click on the backwards P symbol on the toolbar when composing email
or when using word or look in word's or a new message's tools, options
dialog - I think it's on the View tab. You want to hide all formatting marks
or hide all spaces.

I had the same problem and found another posting that solved it. What you do
is open a new message, then go to tools, options, click on the view tab, then
under formatting marks make sure to uncheck any boxes.
