DOS Version of AVG

Does anybody know where I can get a \DOS Copy of AVG? I have a I-Worm/Hybris
and it says I need a DOS Version of AVG, Can anyone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removal of I-Worm/Hybris:
AVG is able to detect and heal this virus. This MUST be done in the
MS-DOS mode, using DOS version of AVG. The WSOCK32.DLL is the only file
that cannot be healed. This file must be restored as this is a system
file. File can be restored from Windows installation CD, or any other
backup source (such as any not-infected computer using the same
operating system).
