I have tried to install directx 9.0b in order to install
Age of Mythology Titans game. I get this message"This
software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo
testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. This
software will not be installed. Contact your system
administrator. "
I have spoken with tech support from Microsoft and Dell.
They don't know what's wrong. Any ideas?

with that I am getting it from Microsoft how can it not
pass the test common guys someone out their must no...
 
Have you tried downloading the new Direct X from the
Microsoft website? Try installing that again, sometimes
that helps.
