When creating a new email I'd like to see only email addresses in the Select Names list. How do I get rid of the entries for Business Fax Number? If they can't be eliminated from the list, then how can you customize the display to show which is the email entry and which is the fax? Currently it shows two entries such as "John Smith" and "John Smith" and it would be nice if it said "John Smith" and "John Smith - Fax".
