Don't know admin passwd after employee wiped out all user accounts

We have a departed employee who deleted the user accounts on their PC; now
when XP starts, it asks for the Administrator password which I do not know.
How can I get around this to get the PC up and working again?
 
The default password for the Admin account is none (blank or no password
required), have you tried this?

Start by talking to your company attorney who can get a court order
to force your ex-employee to undo the damage they've done, get into
the system(s) and determine if anything was stolen or sabotaged,
then take appropriate legal action against this person which may
result in criminal indictments and in civil actions. And, next
time, make damn well sure that YOU know ALL the passwords and that
your employees know that they are being monitored.
