Don't Display E-Mail Address

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to not display my e-mail address when
sending to external recipients (I use Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000). I
want my name to be displayed but not my e-mail address. I don't mind if
someone double-clicks on the display name to see my e-mail address. At the
moment when recipients receive my e-mails they look like this....

Joe Bloggs [[email protected]]

Any help would be much appreciated.
