Dont anyone know of a backup tool for common user data?

HI! does anyone know of a tool to backup that can backup data like the
following.

1: Outlook emails, contact, and other stuff like accounts that I have
ect....
2: IE favorites and cookies.
3: Outlook express Newsgroups that I Subscribed too and servers that I
configured.

At present I do it manually and it takes some time, a tool would be cool.
