Domian not seen from lan

I just setup my network dchp & dns is configured but I'm
unable to see our domain web site from inside the lan when
I'm on the internet I can see the domain web site.
Any help would be great

In the forward lookup zone for your local domain, create a new host named
www with the IP address of your web site.
