Domain users cannot access certain web sites but non-domain users can

On an Active Directory domain, Win 2k pro wkstns, members
or computers of the domain cannot access certain secure
web sites although another computer connected to the same
network , same tc/pip & DNS settings but on a workgroup,
can access them. Any idea what the problem is?
