I have deleted accidentally cn=users under domain nc with
adsi edit. HOw can i restore it?

do you have a backup of your AD ?

if yes, try a non-authoritative restore from your backup

if it is still not working, then do an authoritative restore
in this case, all changes applied since then will be dicarded and lost

if you have no backup then you're in a very very bad situation !
