domain controller for winxp

how can i get a domain controller for my winxp machine? really
searched all over the internet. i have iis running and an application
server. just downloaded oracle's xe.

A domain controller is a computer running a server operating system that
is the domain controller for a particular domain. XP cannot be a server
or a domain controller. You would need to purchase something like MS
Small Business Server and install it instead of XP or on another machine
and then create a domain.
