Domain Admin account keeps on getting locked

We have recently changed the password of our domain admintrator account, but
now the administrator account keeps on getting locked every 5 minutes. We
have checked several services and cannot see where this administrator
account is being used. Apart from auditing is there any other way or a
program which can tell us what might be using the domain administrator
account.
 
Have you checked services on other servers, such as SQL and Exchange
servers?

Yes we have checked all our services on servers and there is no mention of
the administrator account. Is there any program which can find this out.
