Does X800XT have video capture ability?

I'm considering one of these cards obviously for gaming, and I would also
like to be able to capture video. I have
a multitude of old vhs tapes that I would like to convert over to DVD, and I
was wondering if this video card can do that along
with it's impressive graphics capabilities.

I've got the MSI X800 XT PE and it has VIVO which means you can capture
video on it. Not sure if this is standard on all of them though, different
manufacturers etc.
