Does the Beta add an additional user for spyware network?

Hi,
After installing the Beta I noticed a new user account
had been added in Win XP Pro. This user is not visible at
the logon screen, but is only visible when I log on as
Administrator and view accounts through Control Panel.
The new user is ASP.NET Machine.......A. It is an account
with limited access.

Is this part of the antispyware network?

See the doc below, account is created for .Net, was created when you
installed .Net not MSAS.
