I had this really long thing all written out, but I couldn't do it. It's too
embarrassing. And it really just boils down to these two questions.
1. Does a clean install (applied to the same drive and directory) REALLY
wipe out the "My Documents" folder? Does this apply to all the users listed
under Documents & Settings? Does it wipe the user accounts too? or do they
warn you because it creates new 'All Users', 'Default User' and
'Administrator' folders or something along those lines?
2. If the answer to Q#1 is 'Yes, it DOES wipe out ALL my document folders'.
Then how can I gain access to user folders on the c: from a second
installation? I get "access is denied" messages (even though windows was
installed using the same user name). And, All the accounts are admin
accounts, why am I being denied access to ANY folder?
