Does not receive emails after opening couple of times

I can receive emails a couple of times a day. Then about the 3rd time opening
Outlook I cannot receive any mail. I have to reboot computer in order to get
inbound mail. I can send mail but not receive after a couple of times. I
cannot find any settings that might be blocking it. Please help, only changes
made lately was updated my Trend Micro anti-virus.

I am having the same problem and cannot figure it out. Once you have opened
Outlook three times you cannot re-open it until you reboot. Neither from any
of the shortcuts or from the actual outlook.exe file. What is going on????
