Does Microsoft ever help people on this website?

I'm curious whether Microsoft ever helps people who post
message on this, their website. I was denied help online
due to "maximum number of incidents." Well, I wish it was
the maximum number of incidents, but the hits just keep
coming. You know the saying about what if cars ran as
poorly as Windows, eh?

Most of the people that help at these MS sites are not MS employees.
Just people trying to help. On their own time and for no $$$¢¢¢¢£££!

In the first place, it's not a website at all, it's a newsgroup. You should
learn about what newsgroups are and how they operate so you will understand
the difference.

Secondly, like all public newsgroups, everyone who participates in this
group is a volunteer. While Microsoft employees occasionally post here, they
are doing so on their own time. This is not Microsoft support.

No!! Only common ppl (lol, it sounds like Microsoft employees were aliens)
help here, and for no money, so every help (even if it's useless) should be
thankful ^^
Microsoft offers help, but I think you have to pay for support or sth like
that, and I think that no-one is willing to pay for something they can solve
in 5' (or 5 days, it depends, lol) with someone else's help!

And no, what does that saying say? Really interesting, lol

He's not posting thru a newsreader, he's posting thru the M$ Windows XP
ExpertZone website. M$ ports the website forums to Usenet:

Generally it is people like you and me that answer the
