Does installing and uninstalling office 2003 cause problems?

I have got a brand knew installation of windows xp, I have just uninstalled
and reinstalled Office 2003 a few times.

Does uninstalling it and then reinstalling this cause errors to be in the
XP?

The reason I am asking is that I am making a clone of my board and want to
know if this counts as not being as in good condition as it could be?
 
1) Firstly why uninstall/reinstall, you have a problem?
2) 'clone of my board' makes little sense
3) You guessed it - wrong newsgroup

It should have no effect on Windows XP itself.

Yes, well I had a few problems associated with data files, and I could not
get it to open properly, after I researched it and uninstalled and
reinstalled it (probably needlessly in hindsight) it is now functioning
perfectly. :)
