Does excel 2007 support citations or a bibliography?

I am trying to pull a bibliography created in Word 2007 into Excel (or at
least cite the reference, including numbers from annual reports). Anyone
know how? Thank you!
 
Excel has nothing even remotely close to Word's citations and
bibliographies. If it can't go in a cell, Excel really doesn't support it.
