Does anyone knows how to make PC-to-Phone calls not using
a companies service?

I was wondering if the is such a programm to make pc -
to - phone calls without using a specific company. Wopuld
be great to make phone calls out of messenger for
instance...
 
Would be seemingly impossible. Without the service you don't have the
transport to move voice from internet to telecom network and vice versa.
 
it can be done... but requires e normal modem connection
wich connects through telephone lines.
