I use to work for a company that had a telephone message
option in Outlook. It was for assistants to leave phone
messages for their bosses. I am not sure if that is a new
add-in function or if someone created a form in Outlook
for this purpose. They has Outlook 200 SR, but in the
Outlook 2002, I can't seem to find that option. Any
suggestions?

If you're talking about what I'm thinking of it was just a custom e-mail
form.

Used to be downloadable from Microsoft. You might go to the Office on the
Web (Help menu in Outlook) and see if you can find it there.
